A rusted Pilgrim

Nomads and historians, the rusted pilgrims are the memory-keepers, and wanderers who record the decay of civilization. Their bodies are worn, shells patched with scavenged alloys, circuits dim and failing. They are haunted by static “dreams” from the early colonization days and speak in half-human dialects, often reciting fragments of old radio transmissions.
